14-8-10 - U'9 win 7/1 against The Entrance team.
Great game again today except for the "mag pie" who was trying to attack our goal keeper......(ha ha) Thanks to the parents who helped scare it away..... Player of the match awarded to Malakai. Well Done to the whole team.

7-8-10 - Although the children had no game last saturday due to grounds being closed they made up for it the week before at the Gosford Gala Day playing a total of 7 games and were the champion winners. It was a long day but worth the wait. CONGRATULATIONS once again.
Todays game against Umina was also a great game with another win 2/0. Player of the match awarded to Emmett. Well done team.

25-7-10 - Under 9 's - CHAMPION WINNERS at Gosford Gala Day - Sunday 25th July 2010
Under 9's were undefeated in all 5 games today. We played our first game at 8.50am and finished at 5.30pm. Long day but worth every minute. The defence players did an amazing job ensuring that no goals were scored against them in any of there games. Great Defence Team players included: Anthony Sparacino, Lucas Dominello, Noah Rushton, Emmett Donovan, Aaron Kelly, Elijah Hajje, Alex McCallum, Jacob Calleija, Jakala Marsh, Malakai Sumonevic and two Under 8 players: Marcus Sparacino & Daniel Atkins.
The Grand finals was won by Marcus scoring the golden goal in extra time. It was an exciting day. Well done team, you all deserve the winning trophy. Keep up the great work.

24-7-10 - Win against Southern Ettalong 12/1
A great start to the day with team photos and the 12 keen players looking smart as usual. The Under 9's had no choice but to play the 1/2 filed today but that didn't stop them from having full control of todays game. A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Alex who has scored not only his first goal since his been playing soccer but getting two goals in the one game. Elijah also scored his first goal for this season. Its great to see everyone getting a goal in. Player of the match awarded to Jacob. Team worked well and we are looking forwarded to tomorrows gala day at Gosford FC.

17-7-10 - Todays soccer uniforms will surely need to be soaked over night as the Under 9's had a great game against Kincumber but were physically dirty. The muddy grounds at Kincumber still didn't stop these might Under 9's team from winning 7/2.
Congratulation to Aaron who scored his first goal. Man of the match went to McGregor. Well done team. Great game AGAIN.

3-7-10 - Great WIN for U'9 team 1/0 against Terrigal.
It looked like we were watching FIFA world cup although it was the u9 Mountains v Terrigal.
Lucas had a moment there where he positioned him self for a free kick and after a minute of thinking he "finally" took the shot. We were all amused. Anthony also took a shot from the half way mark and just missed out on a goal by hitting the cross bar. Prior to that he took a corner kick and the ball curved but just mist the goal by inches. Jakayla is he only girl in the team but she is definitley not scared to get her closed dirty and get the ball. Terrigal had a few good shots of scoring but thanks to Elijah who saved the ball from going in the net. With great team work and passing Noah managed to score the only goal in the game in the second half. Noah also was awarded Man of the Match.

26-6-10 - U'9 Loss there first game for the season scoring 2/3.
They played a full field today rather than 3/4 field and they didnt' even notice the extra running they did as they all seem to be hungry for the ball. Player of the match was awarded to Alex & Jacob scored the first goal. Thank you to Marcus (U'8) for filling in and also scoring the 2nd goal. Well done to the whole team.

15-5-10 - We were all sitting on the edges of our seat during todays soccer match against Terrigal. They were a strong team but we got the better of them winning by one point. Elijah did an amazing job in goals today and was also awarded Man of the match medal. Well done to the whole team & Thank you to Jessica Dominello who never says no to referring our games.

8-5-10 - win 6/4
Another win against Wyoming today. The U'9 are working great as a team by listening and obeying the coach's instructions. They are keeping there positions on the field and while half the players are doing a great job in defending the other half are doing a great job in scoring goals. Each week a new player is getting the feel of scoring a goal for the first time. Well done to Malakai who scored from half way mark. "Man of the match" medal was awarded to Anthony Sparacino. Well done to the whole team. We all enjoy watching the game.

1-5-10 - Another win today for U'9 team against The Entrance. Great to see another player scoring his 1st goal today, Well Done Matthew. Player of the match medal awarded to a new team member, "Malaka"i who played great defence. Well done to the whole team.

17-4-10 - Mountains 7 Southern Ettalong 1

10-4-10, First game for the season against Kincumber was a 7/3 win by the Mts U9 team.  It was great to see other players in our team scoring goals  for the first time as well.  The team player went to Noah Rushton.  Well done. Everybody played EXCELLENT. Thank you to Loui Erbeni for referring the game.  $5 to come your way.  Ha ha.
